13th- Join us in the Clubhouse for our annual Holiday Brunch!  Enjoy all the great food and music! We will have plenty of scrumptous Holiday food and the Olathe East High School Singers will be here to entertain us with their beautiful voices! It will also be a great time for you to do some shopping! Our Holiday Mart will be featuring beautiful gifts that anyone will enjoy! :-)

GIVE BACK TO YOUR COMMUNITY THIS HOLIDAY SEASON BY DONATING NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS TO THE HARVESTERS FOOD DRIVE!    You may bring them into the office. There are many people in need and anything you would be able to contribute would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome ED!

Welcome Ed Garrett, our Maintenance Supervisor.  He has been in the business for several years and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of maintenance.  We recruited him from our sister property, Jefferson Pointe! We are so fortunate to have such a caring and confident person looking after our residents.  If you see Ed out and about on property, please give him a walm welcome! :-)

Get your workout on while you watch TV on our brand new FLAT SCREEN TV's in our 24-Hr Fitness center!!! They also have "audio out", where you can hook up your headphones to listen to the radio or either TV!!  It's a great way to make the time pass, while you're burnin' away that fat! ;-)

Resident Reminder!

Please remember that trash pick up is on Monday mornings. If all residents could please wait to leave their trash out on curbside after 5 p.m on Sundays it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

$Rent Reminder$

Tired of writing checks?  Sign up for hassle free automatic withdrawal.  Rent will be deducted from your checking account on the 3rd of the month. 

Fitness Center/Basketball Court

Please be reminded of the rules for residents and their guests in the fitness center and Basketball court.  One resident may have a total of two guests with them and no more.  To use the fitness equipment you must be 16 years of age or older.  Repeated violations may result in the resident being barred from using the facility altogether, so please adhere to the rules.  If you have any questions please direct them to any staff member.  Thanks for everyone's cooperation.
